What would you have bid?
A typical hand of mine during the last Spades Marathon gathering in Columbus, Ohio.
You're complaining abt a 1.75 hand? What, you wanna get 3 mebbe 4 on every hand? And if not, a nil? No wonder you had to swallow your pride and wipe our ass! When I whine, it's abt having 7 clubs & wishind we played clubs instead. Yours are just plain dumb. Which describes a Moshdawg to a T.
Fung - I didn't really understand what you wrote...when you have seven clubs - you have the ace of hearts, the ace of diamonds and the ace, king, ten of spades with them...
Blah, blah, blah man. I seem to remember you guys getting a 10 hand while we were tied in the 400s. Apparently that doesn't make up for a couple of bad hands. Besides, your partner's the one that was always bidding 5 mebbe 6...
